| The last time I posted photographs of the girls on my xanga...well...they were sitting on Santa's lap! I think it's time to post a few pictures. Let me dig into my aunts jpgs from her camera... These girls are changing daily...talking and walking and fighting...someone is always causing trouble. Genevieve talks to me in full sentances and now bosses around her sisters. "NO, ELLA!" she screams, as Ella starts crying! Ella is a little doll. She's quite the chunk-a-munk. She practically needs a bra! Ella is totally my favorite. Ssshhh! Don't tell the other two! Ella is totally a little Melanie. She cries all the time. She' a total whimp. Allie always picks on her as Stephen did to me. Ella tries to mind her own buisness and play with toy but constantly get stuck in her sisters shananigians (<---spelling) I love her to death. Allie is half the size of Geneieve and Ella but could take them down with her pinky finger. She can color with crayons and put puzzels together. The child probably has a higher IQ then me. I'm sure she will soon have her own xanga acount. Just give her a few months! They are a riot. Toliets. Cellphones. Stairs. Sisters hair. Playdough. The world is pretty amuzing to these little Hummer girls.

| Today, the weather is pretty nasty in the windy city. Snow! Rain! Lot's of wind! A strong wind came through and almost knocked me off the corner of Madison and Wells. The gust of wind actually lift my feet from the ground! Maybe I should hold an umbrella and try to catch a burst of wind! I could attempt to fly! It worked for Mary Poppins (and Marry Poppins and I are both nannies!), didn't it? Hmm! I should give it a try! ; )
I saw a few ladies downtown today who were certainly prepared for the blustery weather! I call them "the fur ladies" While walking through the city I always pass an older lady or two wearing a fur coat! No! I'm not talking about a coat with fur on it but a coat of all fur! These ladies must all come from "old money" because someone must have to skin loads of animals to produce their coats! Everyday, since the temp has dropped to the 20s (Hah! 20 degrees! If we are lucky! It going to be 6 degrees here this weekend) I have seen these beautiful ladies! While I for one am not a huge fan of fu,r I adore the little women! I think they would make wonderful subjects to photograph!
In other news, although I dearly love Chicago, I am headed home to the STL in a few hours! The purpose of the trip is to renew my drivers license but it's gonna be nice to see my family and friends! So long my Chicago friends! Don't have too much fun without me! I'll see you again on Monday! Although I will miss hanging out with you this weekend, I will not be missing the 6 degree weather that is coming your way! Stay warm!
